We hope you love your Rai piece as much as we loved creating it.

Since many of our products are made in small batches, we currently offer limited returns.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• With original tags intact

Returns

Returns are only accepted in case of:

• Damaged product
• Incorrect item received

To request a return, please email us with:

• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Reason for return

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Size issues after wearing
• Minor print variations
• Slight colour differences due to screen settings
